I ordered something on Nov28th and was guaranteed it would arrive by Dec 11th. It is now Dec 22nd and I am still waiting. Whenever I contact the website or the seller directly they are unhelpful and while they do apologise they offer no other solutions or explanations.
Had problems submitting an image for an order which carried on for a few weeks with the seller being quite unhelpful. Customer services stepped in and sorted the issue and my order then turned up quite quickly. Was absolutely fuming when I looked on my invoice and the seller had put in highlighter that the delay wasn’t their fault and a few other comments. Ridiculous customer service. Not sure if I’d use this site again but will certainly be avoiding that particular seller.

Everybody is extremely helpful and rectified my request immediately, I’m looking forward to receiving my order which has been dealt with promptly and I’m sure it will be as good as items I’ve ordered in the past.

There was a delay in the delivery but the agent from Notonthehighstreet was a very pro-active and efficient good go-between.

Incredibly disappointing experience. I ordered a gift in time for Mothers' Day through Not on the High Street. Prior to dispatch, I noticed I had used the wrong address for the recipient. Totally my mistake and I duly contacted the care team who were able to amend prior to sending and I received confirmation it would be shipped to the correct address. Despite this, after waiting over a week it transpired that the parcel had in fact been sent to the previous wrong address after all. Over 2 weeks on and despite numerous chasing emails, the present has still yet to be dispatched to the correct address. Totally shambolic customer service and I'm afraid a perfect example of why Amazon is taking over.
I ordered a personalised street sign and it was not as described.
There response was, we feel the product was advertised clearly.

Where’s the present I ordered for my wife 3 weeks ago? Don’t trust them, they blame their suppliers, don’t take on the problem themselves, dreadful company
Very quick to respond to email informing me I had place my order correctly pleasant and polite.
